1. Delivery Time

We aim to deliver orders within 4–5 business days after the order has been confirmed and dispatched.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Discreet Packaging

All Pure Passion orders are packed in plain and discreet packaging.

We take reasonable steps to ensure that:

  • The contents of your package are not visibly identifiable.
  • Intimate product names are not prominently displayed on the outside.
  • Packaging does not unnecessarily reveal the nature of your purchase.

Courier or legally required shipping information may still appear on the package where necessary.

Your privacy is our priority.

3. Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping charges may vary depending on the delivery location, order value, promotional offers, or courier service.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for eligible orders and locations.

An additional ₹80 COD charge will apply to COD orders.

COD availability may depend on the delivery location, product, order value, courier availability, and other applicable conditions.

5. Prepaid Orders

Customers who choose an eligible prepaid payment option can receive ₹100 OFF on their order, subject to applicable promotional terms.

The discount will be reflected at checkout when the offer is applicable.

6. Order Processing

Orders are normally processed after payment confirmation or order confirmation for COD orders.

Orders may take additional time to process during:

  • Sales and promotional periods
  • Public holidays
  • High-order-volume periods
  • Unexpected operational circumstances

You will receive available order and shipping updates through the contact details provided during checkout.

7. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

  • Full name
  • House/Flat/Shop number
  • Street/Area
  • City
  • State
  • PIN code
  • Active phone number

Pure Passion is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate information provided by the customer.

8. Courier Delays

The estimated delivery time of 4–5 business days is not a guaranteed delivery deadline.

Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our reasonable control, including severe weather, transportation disruptions, courier operational issues, public holidays, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with delivery-related issues.

9. Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails because the customer is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, refuses the shipment, or cannot be contacted, additional delivery attempts may be made according to the courier's policies.

For COD orders, repeated refusal or non-acceptance of orders may affect future COD availability.

10. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, customers may receive a tracking number or shipping update after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information is provided by the applicable courier service and may take some time to become active after dispatch.

11. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If a package is lost or significantly damaged during transit, please contact Pure Passion with your order details.

We will coordinate with the applicable courier service where appropriate and investigate the issue.

Any refund or other resolution will be subject to verification and applicable law.

12. Delivery Privacy

We understand that customers may prefer privacy when purchasing intimate products.

Our team and delivery partners are expected to handle orders professionally and maintain appropriate confidentiality. However, courier companies may require certain information for successful delivery.
